Hotel Alba Tampa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I had our wedding here on February 28th, 2026, and the staff were amazing. We used both the cabana suite and the presidential suite, which were clean, spacious, and nice. A huge thank you to the banquet team, who stayed on top of things all evening. I heard they had fun and danced a little to our music, which made me so happy. The housekeeping staff also saved our wedding cake. My husband and I accidentally left it in the fridge in one of the rooms and didn’t notice until a few hours after checkout. I called, and they kept it instead of throwing it away. We’d been so busy with the wedding that we hadn’t even had a chance to eat the cake, so I’m grateful we got the leftovers back. I can’t say how thankful I am to everyone at Hotel Alba for making our day special. Thank you, Davinia!

The people and the location made this a Tampa hotel I’d happily return to. Service was warm and helpful from check-in through checkout, and the whole place feels well cared for. My room was comfortable and clean, the shared spaces were spotless, and the modern design feels upscale without being stiff. The layout and welcoming atmosphere stood out as soon as I arrived. The gym was tidy and usable, though some equipment updates or a little more space would bring it up to the rest of the property’s standard. I’d recommend it and stay again.

Westshore made it easy to get around, with the airport, shops, and restaurants nearby. Hotel Alba has a stylish boutique feel, but still the comfort and consistency I associate with Hilton. The pool was a relaxing spot, and my spacious, thoughtfully laid out room was clean. Staff were attentive and welcoming throughout. A good fit for a business visit or a quick Tampa break, and I’d gladly come back.

The front desk was good, and there’s a nice pool and plenty of parking, though parking costs extra. Inside, several lights and outlets didn’t work, the bathroom lighting was awful, and the TV was so dark we couldn’t adjust it. The bartender was hard to find, and the cocktails weren’t good. For what it costs, the quality really falls short.
