The employees were very nice and the service was great. The rooms are very clean, though quite small, probably just the style when the hotel was built. There's not much to do about the size. I do wish they had told me the pools were closed before I booked, instead of sending a message after I'd checked into the room. Other hotels could learn from the service here.

The restaurant inside had a great menu, with good options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also liked the location, close to the airport, a mall about three blocks away, and lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel has a heated pool that's partly indoors and partly outside, and customer service was great. My one gripe is that there's no balcony to sit on and unwind after a long day. I'd recommend staying here.

Tyler and hunter were working the front desk on 2/22/2026, and they saved our vacation. After the Ramada Inn treated me like trash and cussed me out for asking about early check-in, I won't go back to Ramada. It's Marriott forever for me now, no joke. It was 10am when I wrote this. Tyler and hunter went way above and beyond to find my wife and me somewhere to stay at a decent rate. We're both sobbing over how they turned our day around. MR. MARRIOT, give them a promotion, they deserve it.

The Bonvoy app made arrivals and departures easy, and the room felt comfortable and pleasant. It was somewhat updated with a contemporary look. I was hesitant to book because so many airport hotels have mixed reviews, but Marriott lived up to its flagship name. I did hear occasional water or pipe noise, though it never disturbed my sleep.

Kendry made sure the room was nicely set up for my special occasion. I stayed here in October, and the staff were awesome, greeting me as soon as I came in. The service was wonderful and I had no complaints. Highly recommend.
