They held onto my security deposit over some rice crispy cereal on the floor. Hello, don’t you have to sweep the room anyway? It feels like every time there’s something they use to keep my deposit. The TVs had no remotes, and the layout was weird too.

The grounds looked neglected and the pool was disgusting. I went to the office to reserve a room, but the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. The hotel doesn’t accommodate people with disabilities, so I ended up not staying. After seeing the disrepair and reading the reviews, she did me a favor. I’m glad I didn’t spend even one night there.

We left and booked a different hotel because the place was so bad. There were roaches everywhere, the sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed, and the rooms were disgusting. The staff were rude, and there were lots of people hanging outside who looked very scary. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t waste your money.

There were roaches and mold all over the room. I was supposed to get a refund, but didn’t even get my full deposit back. They’re refusing to refund my money.
