Hotel Blue - Woodlands

We were tired, with a storm coming in, and just wanted to get to our room. Instead, when my wife honestly said there were six of us, the woman at check-in said we couldn't stay because the limit was four. That's never been an issue for us at other hotels. She even argued that she didn't understand how we'd been getting away with it, then dismissed us instead of trying to turn things around. We were left scrambling for another hotel at the last minute. After we'd booked somewhere else and were about to drive off, she called my wife to say she wanted to see what she could do. My wife politely declined. I understand we're just a number to her, but I said I'd post a review right away. Horrible service.

The rooms were very clean, the price matched well, and getting to the highway was easy. I'd definitely stay here again.

I brought my bike to the nearby Harley dealer for service and stayed here. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the stay was stress-free. It was a great place to relax, and I highly recommend it.

We had to change rooms three times. The first had no hot water, and the second had shrimp that looked weeks old stuck in the freezer. Once we opened it, we couldn't escape the smell. That room was quiet and clean apart from the shrimp.
