The staff were nice, and for an older hotel it was decent overall. The room smelled of stale smoke, the couch had strings hanging off it, and the shelf and hanger rack broke on the first day. The balcony sliding screen doors didn't seem to work properly in any room. The fridge was tiny, and there was no way to heat food, just a coffee maker and the mini fridge. The laundry rooms, washing machine included, were disgusting. The bistro was gross too: the worker was vacuuming, then came over to take my order and made a burrito without washing his hands.

The gym was a disgrace, with just three pieces of cardio equipment. The hot tub was a plus, and the AC worked great. Staff seemed friendly, though we had little interaction; there was no restaurant or other amenities to use. It's an older property with so-so rooms, below-average for a Courtyard. There's a lot around the location, but nothing especially exciting.

Safe and clean, with plenty of free parking, but the rooms are small and the neighbors were noisy. There's no microwave in the room. I skipped the in-house cafe after reading other reviews; there are several good alternatives nearby.

Jenne at the front desk was consistently professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was spotless, and the customer service was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Clean, quiet, and convenient, with friendly staff. They have a heated jacuzzi and a nice little grab-and-go bistro open for breakfast and dinner. Great place to stay!
