Breakfast was the highlight for us. It felt like a three-course meal at a chef's home, and every part of it was superb. Sandra was a wonderful host, too. The room had everything we needed, and the house felt classy and thoughtfully set up. There was coffee, tea, water, and fresh cookies, with several shared sitting areas. Outside, the beautiful grounds have a pool, patio, and a few places to sit among all the greenery. I was unsure about the Tulsa location at first, but the owners have made the property feel private and tucked away. We'll be back.

We stayed in the Veranda room, just steps from the heated pool, and it was everything we wanted and more. The house is gorgeous, and the accommodations were great from the minute we walked in. Sandra is such a kind host and a wonderful cook. This is a quaint, affordable B&B for a Tulsa visit or a little staycation, and I can't imagine being disappointed. Already looking forward to coming back!

The house is cozy, and there are lots of birds to watch. Sandra was friendly and a great host, and her cooking was stupendous, including how creatively she made the fruit taste so good. She also catered to food restrictions. If we're in Tulsa, OK again, we'll stay here. Thanks, Sandra!

Sandra was so accommodating with our dietary requests, and the breakfast, coffee, and snacks were wonderful. We also got to relax by the pool and had a lovely time. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, and worth every penny. I know other reviews have said it, but this place really is fantastic. Thank you, Sandra!

Breakfast was delicious and high-quality, and it was really pleasant meeting new people at the table this morning. Sandra was a gracious, generous hostess. Our room was comfortable, and the pool was warm and cozy. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!
