We stayed more than a week while work was being done on our house, and it wasn’t a great experience. The fourth-floor hallway carpet was covered in filthy spots, though the room itself was decent. The shower floor made a loud noise when stepped on. There seemed to be nearly as many dogs as people. A huge dog next door woke us barking at 4 a.m. more than once. Breakfast was awkward too, with so little room between the food and the eating bar that it was hard to get around other guests.

Several vehicles were vandalized overnight during our stay on 1/18. The hotel management showed little empathy, and I was disappointed by the Hilton Brand's lack of concern and support for the guests who were affected. Hilton and this property should review their policies and train managers to respond better in situations like this, which seem to happen often. Be careful about staying here.

Jewel welcomed us at the door and checked us in, then followed up by text a little later to make sure everything was all right. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great stay. We had to leave early, so we missed breakfast.

I’ve stayed at plenty of Hilton properties and am usually easy to please, but this one was disappointing. The second floor, including our room, smelled odd the whole time. We also had noisy A/C that squealed for 3-5 seconds every time it switched off, which disturbed our sleep, and an alarm clock with half its numbers broken. Room 229 had some lights plugged into an orange extension cord that ran from the bedroom to the living room, making it hard to shut the bedroom door. The carpet squares by the bathroom’s sliding barn door were bulging, and the low-hanging door was difficult to slide. The kitchenette had just one set of silverware, and it was filthy when we arrived. There were no luggage carts for the first hour after check-in, so I carried everything by hand. The night clerk wasn’t rude, but couldn’t grant my request for just a 30-minute late checkout, even though I’m a diamond member, and that caused a major inconvenience for my family. Many guests were families at a nearby youth sporting event and needed to leave at 7 a.m. on the weekend. Breakfast didn’t start any earlier for us, though opening even 5-10 minutes sooner would have helped a lot.
