We'd happily stay here again. The inn and our suite were quiet, and check-in and checkout were easy. We liked the way the suite blended historic and modern touches. After visiting businesses in Bellefontaine and West Liberty, my wife and I stayed overnight and had a great break. Cafe Paradiso is only a two-minute walk downtown and was a nice dinner suggestion. Make a reservation. Thanks again for a lovely getaway. Ethan and Claire Wallace

The room was cozy, clean, and welcoming, and it was easy to walk to nearby stores. Inside the Inn there were handy things like snacks and coffee. We had a fantastic time at Scioto Inn and are already planning another visit. I'd recommend it to visitors from out of town and to locals looking for a little getaway. Thanks to the Scioto Inn for a wonderful stay.

The staff are amazing and help with whatever you need, and the rooms are really clean. It's close enough to downtown to walk to the shops and get food. You can even pick up cute clothes for your significant other at A mustard seed. Give this place a try, five stars all the way.

I spent my birthday weekend here and was so glad I did. The Inn and rooms were beautiful, and everything was set up in a really romantic way. The owner I spoke with while reserving the room was so pleasant. There are lovely restaurants within walking distance, too. I'd definitely recommend the place, you won't be disappointed.

The room was beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable. The innkeeper was friendly, though often out of sight. There was no breakfast, just coffee and juice, but I was told they're working on it. There are too many steps for the place to count as handicap-accessible. The lighting was very dim for reading, and the hot water took ages to warm up. The rear parking lot was reached by a sidewalk in poor shape, which felt dangerous.
