Days Inn by Wyndham Valdosta I-75

We were pleased with our choice for overnight stops on the way to and from Miami. Two years ago we stayed at the property two doors down for twice the price and were disappointed, so we gave this location a lot of thought because we like this area for a layover. Driving up, we immediately noticed how clean the surroundings were. The staff at check-in were some of the friendliest we’ve met in a while. They switched us to a room with easier access at no extra charge and were very attentive. The pool was amazing, and the location was perfect. Both nights were very pleasant. We’ll stay here on future trips and highly recommend it.

The beds were comfortable, and the bedspread was nice. There was a good-sized refrigerator and an adequate microwave. The room was clean but dated, with a tiny bathroom and thin towels. Other guests were noisy, and the AC worked but made a lot of noise. Outside, the area needs a good power wash, and the windows need cleaning.

We were on a family road trip and accidentally booked the wrong location. With a storm outside, Skylar was able to accommodate us and sell us a room. The staff were friendly, and we want to thank the owner, housekeeping, and maintenance for keeping the room clean. I’d suggest adding a waffle maker or some kind of hot breakfast.

The service was great, and the rooms were remarkable. I’m a truck driver and take this route regularly, so I’m sure I’ll be back. I’d recommend this place to other truck drivers and to people looking for a place to stay for a night or a few weeks.
