Ivan was professional and knew the area well. He made sure we got the best room available for our stay and gave us great suggestions for places nearby. Five stars.

There was a bad smell in the room, no chairs, and the walls were so thin we could hear people moving around upstairs. Lots of people were smoking outside their rooms on the balcony. The room was clean, and that’s about it.

The location is convenient, right by the freeway, Fred Meyers, and places to eat. The night clerks are wonderful, and I’d been a loyal customer, staying maybe 15 days a month because they gave me good deals. But I started buying my own towels and blankets after finding needles under the bed and used drug foil behind towels and in the cubbies near the sink. The maids’ cleaning was poor. Then I had trouble with the maintenance man and manager, Jose, over a small oil leak in my car. I moved it off the property, so that wasn’t an issue. On one of my last mornings there, the manager came up and said I owed him $150 for smoking in the room. I don’t even smoke. I told him I wasn’t listening to his drama and went to get ice and leave. He followed me with his phone, acting like I was a criminal, and threatened me with trespassing. I FLAG for a living and deal with all kinds of people, but he was something else. I try to be fair in my reviews and give good ones when deserved, but this is a horrible motel. Someone needs to call I.C.E, and the maintenance person/management, Jose, needs to be fired.

10 out of 10, I recommend it. Melissa was awesome! Every time I stay, she goes above and beyond in a new way. She remembers all the little things I come into the office for, lol, like she’s a mind reader. Thanks again for the great customer service.
