Hotel Flamingo Inn & Suites Vero Beach I-95

I was glad to find the property had been refurbished when I checked in, since Hilton's website still has old photos. Everyone was super friendly from arrival through breakfast and checkout, and the service was great. The room was perfectly adequate. Hampton's bath products are my favorite, especially the Zero% line, and this place didn't skimp on body wash. They had both liquid and bar soap. The breakfast was good, and the Hampton waffle bar is always a hit. The gym is small because it's an older property, but I could still get strength and cardio work done without a problem.

Breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay. Sharon runs the area, and everything was clean, organized, fresh, and had a great range of choices, far better than most hotel breakfasts. She's also really friendly and welcoming. I hope she sees this and knows her work is appreciated. Ms. Diane helped us when we checked in, and Ms. Sabrina was there at checkout. Both were welcoming and helpful from arrival to departure. They made our family feel comfortable, gave the kids little toys to help them feel at home, and helped me park my van. Their kindness and professionalism made the stay much better than usual. The hotel itself is very nice too. Thank you, Ms. Sabrina and Ms. Diane, you're both amazing.

The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the area felt safe. April was especially kind and welcoming, and the staff were friendly in general. Breakfast was great, and for the price it was a good value. I'd gladly come back.

Melissa had the room clean and just right when I arrived. At check-in, Sabrina was really helpful, made sure my room was ready, and got the charger turned on so I could charge my car. Excellent service.
