We suddenly needed somewhere to stay because of an emergency at home. The staff found us a room quickly and got us in early, and the hotel itself was amazing. The front desk clerk was great, and the manager, Joy, was very nice and professional. Excellent customer service.

The hotel is being remodeled right now, but that didn’t take away from our stay. The assistant manager was the nicest I’ve met and clearly cares about the guests. Everyone on staff was polite and friendly, and the breakfast each day was excellent. I loved the staff and how much they cared. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. If there were more stars, I’d click them.

I’ve been loyal to Marriott for years, have Titanium Elite status, and was just one night from Ambassador Elite. I’d stayed at this property many times without a problem until today. I asked for a late checkout, which I understood to be a standard courtesy for elite members, but the new manager, Joy H., was rude and dismissive. She called me “inconsiderate” and brought up the rate I’d booked, as though a small discount should cancel out my loyalty and status. Her attitude left me feeling belittled and unappreciated as a Marriott Bonvoy member. It wasn’t the hospitality or professionalism I expect from Marriott. After making a point of staying loyal, I’m deeply disappointed and questioning that loyalty. I hope corporate takes this seriously, because her behavior is hurting the reputation of an otherwise great hotel.

The room was comfortable, and the property had the usual Marriott amenities. The shower stall caulking in the bathroom was dirty or moldy.
