Best Western Center Inn

The front desk staff were very nice to me, and they handed me cold water bottles when I checked in. They’re quick if you need room service, too. The hotel isn’t too far from the beach, and I’d stay again next time I’m in town. Great hotel and staff.

I’m managing this event remotely, so I called this morning, 10/4/25, to check whether the credit card authorization form had arrived and been processed. The man who answered was abrupt and dismissive, then hung up while I was still talking. As an Operations Manager, I was stunned by that kind of unprofessional treatment. Hanging up on a guest is unacceptable. I hope his manager sees this and treats it as a coaching opportunity. When I first booked on Thursday through Dayuse, the representative was wonderful: kind, patient, and thorough with all my questions. This was my first time using Dayuse. I’d arranged the booking so one of my event drivers could use the location during off-hours while supporting an activation.

After a whole day on the hot beach, walking into the cool air-conditioned rooms was such a relief. My family and I stayed one night in two rooms, and the showers were clean and stocked with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Breakfast had lots of options and was really good. The woman working there was very nice and kept replenishing the fresh hot food every few minutes. We’ll definitely stay longer next time we visit!

The bed was so soft, like sleeping on a cloud, and the tub and shower were excellent this time. We loved the breakfast too. The room was very nice, and so were the staff.
