The view was perfect, and after a small fix the room was quiet and peaceful. The door howled from what seemed like an airflow or seal problem, but putting a towel along the bottom solved it. I loved the spacious elevator, gorgeous building, and beautiful, tidy room. The beds were so comfortable, and the little kitchenette with free coffee and tea was a welcome surprise. The staff were warm and helpful every day. They seemed genuinely glad to see me, and I felt right at home. 10/10, I'll stay again. :)

The breakfast crew, Kelly, Denise, and Griselda, made those cold, dreary mornings brighter. There was always hot food and a bit of good news to start the day, and the pecans were a delicious touch. I was here for an extended stay, away from family over the holidays, and Reyna, Kate, Angel, Enrique, and Mr Robert helped make it feel like home. They remembered my big work event and asked how it went, and often suggested places for the best crab cakes around town. They also let me know when major events were happening on the beach so I could decide whether to go or plan around the crowds. I always got a warm greeting, and it felt like they cared whether I was having a good day or a bad one. Housekeeping was quick to help with anything I needed, and the hotel is dog friendly. The staff made me feel like a VIP. I'll definitely return to this Virginia Beach hotel.

The indoor pool was clean, warm, and a decent size. They also had three of each laundry machine, with detergent packets available for free at the front desk. Breakfast was fine, and the staff there were especially kind and helpful. Anything we asked for at the desk was handled promptly and courteously. We were there in mid October, and the ocean felt warmer than the summer water back home, so I went for a swim each day and amused people. From our balcony we watched dolphins pass by, along with helicopters and what looked like F35 and F15 jets during military exercises offshore. Every room has a balcony and beach view, and they provided beach towels. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was great, and sleeping with the balcony door open let us hear the surf.

The beach was breathtaking, and breakfast was absolutely out of this world. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the valet service was on point, and the customer service was just perfect. I'm coming back this summer and will stay here again.

My room had a little man cave area where I could watch sports or entertain visitors, plus a full set of kitchen equipment. The bathroom looked brand new, clean, neat, and fresh, and the bed felt like home. The ocean view was the icing on the cake. The staff greeted me every day, and breakfast was so good I got up extra early to enjoy more. I felt right at home and will definitely be back.
