We drove 14 hours and arrived to find an ambulance picking someone up after an overdose. There was a tarp on the roof, and people were wandering around the hotel, which made me feel very unsafe. The room also reeked of smoke even though the property is supposed to be smoke-free. When I asked the front desk for a refund, the woman charged me again. Thank goodness our son is in the military and got us a room on his base. Save your time and money.

The staff were great, quick to help, and especially lovely at checkout. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, the pillows were nice, and the air was cold. The worst part was the weed smell, which gave me a headache. Outside, some things need attention, like a broken window, trash, and the ice machines.

A hole had been kicked in the wall, and it looked like someone had broken into my room. The building had fire damage, with a tarp flapping on the roof. Even so, they tried to charge me or sell me a pricier room. Absolute nightmare, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Zero out of 10.

The building is run down, with burn damage left unrepaired, and there’s no security on site. The location felt unsafe, the lighting was poor, and there was no Wi-Fi. The front desk person was really rude and unprofessional.

Really nice place for the night we needed. The staff were awesome, and the room smelled fresh and was clean. The bathroom was spotless.
