At checkout, the desk staff charged me an extra $100 for a dent in the bathroom door that had already been there. They said we should have reported it, though no one had told us to inspect the room when we checked in. I still don’t understand that logic. The front desk had also been rude at arrival, and the room was gross, though we were only there one night and I wasn’t too bothered by that. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Stay anywhere else.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I expected a low price and a spot near the beach, and that’s what I got. I didn’t need any luxuries for a beach trip, so it worked perfectly for me.
That hotel is the worst. The customer service is terrible. Don’t even think about spending a night at Sunshine, you’ll waste your money on that trash. It’s no good!
