Crater Rim Cabin

Our cabin was stocked with breakfast food, including fresh fruit, and we loved staying here. It's a beautiful, cozy place tucked in the middle of an amazing garden, and the hosts are wonderful.

The host's suggestions for what to see, where to go, and when to visit made our trip phenomenal. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived, and meeting the owner was lovely. The cabin had everything we could want in paradise, with a level of detail that's hard to beat. It's a stone's throw from Volcano Park, so getting in was easy. My only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay and have more time to talk with our host.

After two weeks in August at Crater rim cabin, we were very happy with our choice. We rented a jeep to explore the island, then came back in the evenings to cook supper and enjoy the cabin. On quieter days, the charming garden was a peaceful place to spend time. It's ideally placed for Volcano Park and close to the main road, while still feeling private and tranquil. The cabin was exceptionally comfortable, and Jim and Barry provided everything we needed. There were plenty of books and pamphlets to help plan, and the hosts were happy to offer advice. The evenings outside can get chilly, but a warm bed and cozy gas fireplace made for a restful atmosphere. It still feels like our home away from home in a little paradise. We treasure the memories and would definitely return if we can. We took a while to write this only because getting home and back into our routine took time. If you're considering Crater rim cabin, don't wait another second.

The cabin was clean, well equipped, stocked, and incredibly comfortable, with an electric blanket, dehumidifier, fast internet, and an amazing garden. The hosts were awesome, and it's very close to the volcano park. This is one of the best bed and breakfasts I've stayed at. I don't understand the review saying only golfers would appreciate the view. The cabin borders one of the world's most remarkable volcanoes. Book it!
