Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waco Downtown by IHG

My south-facing room had lovely views of downtown, Baylor, the river, the silos, and the bridge, especially lit up at night. The place was new, beautiful, clean, and quiet. Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were pleasant and kind. Breakfast was really good too, and Ms. Rosa brightened everyone's morning. Excellent, five stars.

Rose did a great job putting out breakfast, and it was so good I couldn't pass it up even though I don't usually eat in the morning. My room was clean, and the elevator felt safe. I had an awesome stay. Good job restoring my faith in the hotel business 🙌

We're here for a volleyball tournament and somehow ended up as the only family at this Holiday Inn Suites, while everyone else is at the other one in Waco. I'm so glad we landed here. Everything feels brand new and fresh, and there's plenty of room for luggage. The breakfast is the absolute best, and Rosa in the kitchen is awesome. Already having a great weekend.

The breakfast had lots to choose from, including fresh pancakes, and the coffee machine grinds the beans right in front of you, which is a nice touch. The bathroom products were also better quality than the cheap basics many hotels offer. If you're going to Magnolia Market, it's about a 15-minute walk or a quick four-minute drive. Cleanliness stood out as soon as we walked in, even by the smell, and that standard held throughout the property. We had an amazing experience and will definitely return.
