La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Walla Walla

Stayed three nights. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. They missed one day of the housekeeping I’d requested, but it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was the same each morning. There were sausage links but no bacon or potatoes, though plenty of other choices. I’d stay here again.

Everything’s always great here. The beds are comfortable, rooms clean, and the staff are kind, helpful, intuitive, and supportive. They go above and beyond what the job asks of them. I’ve booked a room every week for the next month. They’re dog-friendly and never complain about my English bulldogs.

The hotel feels like new. Check-in was quick and easy, and Alexis was so helpful and kind. Our room was really clean, the bed was great, and breakfast was fresh and good. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

It’s a bit far from downtown, but manageable. The bigger issue was arriving at 12:30pm and being told early check-in would cost $30. There was literally just one car in the whole lot, presumably the desk employee’s. I’d understand the charge if the hotel were busy, but refusing to check me in early without waiving the fee seemed ridiculous when the place looked empty. I won’t stay here again. I’d cancel and book somewhere else if I could, but it’s too late.
