The room itself was clean and everything in it worked, but getting inside was a hassle. The keypad often took several tries, so one of us had to stay in the room, and even the front desk couldn't get the junk key system working. We booked because the place allows pets and we were traveling with our dogs. The helpful counter person seemed to be trying hard to keep the place afloat, but this doesn't feel well run. The exercise room was out of order and being used for paint and storage, and so was the bathroom by the breakfast area. On a weeknight there were just 16 guest cars, even though this is part of a row of hotels. The Days Inn next door might be a better pick.

Someone keyed the paint on my brand new RAV4 while it was parked in the space outside my room. It was an old guy with a beat-up pickup, dented on the driver's side, and a friend with a grill in a newer, larger SUV. I know they can't help it, but after that I won't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there again.

Cat and Mandy were wonderful. They went out of their way to help us feel comfortable, and their hospitality and customer service were amazing. I hope they get recognized and rewarded. Thanks so much, girls. We'll stay there again because of you!

There are lots of choices for food, gas, and shopping nearby, though the hotel sits on a busy main street. The people who work here are lovely and made the stay feel comfortable. I'm a satisfied returning customer and enjoy staying here.

Housekeeping only replaced our towels about half the time and never cleaned the room or made the beds. Some areas weren't clean, and the building is old and needs remodeling. There was also an unsafe power adapter being used for the refrigerator. The smoke detector was missing, a major fire code violation. We reported it repeatedly during our five-night stay, but it was never fixed. The front desk kept saying they would take care of it and gave lame excuses when they didn't. Cheap motel feel.
