Quality Suites Warner Robins

I stay here whenever I'm in Warner Robins for business. The rooms are always clean and smell fresh, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurant choices nearby, too. I'd highly recommend it if you're traveling this way.

The rest of the staff were courteous and tried to help, and the head of housekeeping was very polite and apologized for the mix-up before providing more towels. Still, one night shift employee made our stay less pleasant. On April 19, she was rude to me and my four children. After we went swimming late in the evening, there were no pool towels, so we had to get them at the front desk. The next morning, when we needed bath towels, she said she'd already given us five, meaning the pool towels, and that we'd have to use the soaking wet towels from the night before. Another kind staff member suggested asking housekeeping when they arrived at 8 am. I did, but one housekeeper was also rude and seemed to have been told by the night shift employee not to give us anything. I went back downstairs and explained it to the day shift crew, and the head of housekeeping sorted it out. The same night shift employee was unkind to my daughter when she asked for an extra blanket, and seemed to micromanage her. I don't know if she had a rough night or needs more training, but I hope she gets the training to help guests better. I genuinely appreciate everyone else who tried to make things right. The ship's crew was wonderful.

The staff were very nice, and breakfast was hot and good, with a variety of choices. Our room 123 with a jacuzzi tub was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was a little noise from whoever was staying above us.

The front desk ladies were all so nice, and the customer service was on point. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a good size, and the shower heads were big. The fridge could use some attention. We didn't use the pool. It looked small but nice.
