Ramada by Wyndham & Suites Warner Robins

For the price, this is a great, quiet hotel, and the staff are kind and caring. My first-floor room had clean, bare floors, no strange smells, and no sign of bugs. It could use updating, but it worked well for me. The shower gets very hot, so don't turn on the hot water by itself and stand under it. The shower head has several settings, and the massage setting felt like a pressure washer. It did amazing things for my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend it.

We only stayed because we'd booked and paid online before arriving. Both rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, but reeked of cigarettes. There were wet patches on the carpets, trash, and dead roaches in both rooms. One room had a little pet vomit by the foot of the bed; both had curtains with stains that looked like dried blood. The fridge had nasty stuff in it, so we didn't use them, and one shower filled halfway with water because the tub wouldn't drain. We also had to check in from outside and weren't allowed in the lobby, which was odd. Seeing roaches in the rooms put us off the continental breakfast too. This was by far the nastiest hotel I've stayed in, and far below what I expect from a Wyndham hotel.

During my Marcn 20-23 stay, the night clerk was patient and great after I explained that I'm deaf. The other clerk I spoke with the next day was friendly too, and tried to find plastic forks, though they didn't have any. The room itself was rough. It smelled horrible when I walked in, the shower curtain had nasty buildup, and the toilet had rusty brown stuff inside instead of being clean. A long desk was jammed against the wall, and the bed blocked me from pulling out the chair.

My wife and I have booked one of the conference rooms twice a month since December 2024. The staff have always been helpful and accommodating, and they've gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. We're extremely thankful for everything they've done.
