The smell of mildew and stagnant water hit me in this gross room, and the carpet was completely soaked from the door to the end of the bed because the A/C kept leaking underneath. The bed had sinkholes, bathroom tiles were broken, and the crooked towel rack was barely hanging by one wrong-sized screw. Bits of ceiling fell on me in the shower, and the toilet was covered with piss from the previous guest or housekeeping. We were there three days and got no housekeeping, fresh linens, or cleaning service. Then, barely at 11, over an hour before checkout, the front desk lady and housekeeper banged like the feds and yelled about whether we were leaving or staying. They wouldn't lower the price or move us to a better room. Horrible, never again.

How is this place even allowed? When I said the room was dirty and I'd found a bedbug, they gave me a refund without asking any questions.

I went to the office for coffee at 9:24 in the morning, and she said she'd put it away because they stop serving at 9:30. Half the pot was sitting right behind her. Horrible hospitality. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're after a quick, cheap stay.

Bed bugs and roaches, that's this place in two words. Don't stay here. The bathrooms aren't cleaned properly either. There was body hair on my toilet bowl and inside the shower, and I couldn't sleep or bathe for two whole days. Nasty place.

A wonderful woman helped me get a room even though I didn't have enough money. She's so sweet. I'm from out of town, but I'll only come here when I'm in town. I love her wonderful, clean space. Thanks so much.
