We slept comfortably, and neither my arthritic hips nor my back bothered me. The bathroom was clean, tiled, and well lit, with soap and shampoo. There were plenty of electrical outlets and a couple of USB ports. The building is extremely old, but it was clean everywhere. The couple running the place were extremely nice, and the location felt safe, just a block from the courthouse. The parking had recently been resurfaced and was smooth, and there's a great new covered BBQ area. The inside and outside had recently been painted. We stayed Wednesday night, and it was a great deal. The only thing I'd criticize was the TV sound, which was poor even though the picture was fine. We got in late and only wanted to check the weather, so it wasn't a big deal. They probably would have swapped it if we'd asked. We went about 10 miles out of our way, and I'll stay here again when we're driving through a couple of times a year.

I travel about 200 days a year and stay at well-known hotels and motels, but this small-town hotel in Warren, Arkansas, was a real find. I've never had a room this clean and comfortable on all my travels. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the bed was the best I've slept in apart from my own. I was unsure about staying at a hotel in a small town, but that feeling disappeared as soon as I walked into my room. I hope I get to work in town again so I can stay here.

I travel all over for work and was a little worried after looking this family-owned motel up, but I'm glad I stayed. The staff were super nice and friendly, the rooms and grounds were clean, the water pressure was great, and the beds were comfortable. If you need a room, this is the place!

The room was very nice, on par with higher-end hotels, and the owners were wonderful, polite people. I prefer minimal housekeeping during a stay, and they were accommodating about that. Parking was the one small drawback. I had a very large work truck, probably 25 feet long, and it was a tight fit.

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the place was lovely and affordable. I stayed for about two weeks while working in the area. It was very clean and comfortable, and of all the similar inns I've stayed in, this one was the best.
