Waterside Executive Suites

Bob and Vicky make you feel like family, and the staff genuinely care. I’ve stayed here for long stretches while working in Warren Pa., and after more than twenty years working on the road, this is the best place I’ve found. Waterside Suites doesn’t have that standard hotel feel, which is exactly why I like it. Can’t praise it enough, top-notch, five stars all the way.

There was plenty of room for our group, which mattered a lot with five children. We had the third-floor suite in a house built around 1870. It seemed recently renovated, with two full bedrooms, a living room and fold-out couch, a small desk, kitchenette, and dining area. The dining room window looks over Conewango Creek. Each bedroom and the living room had a cable TV, and the living room’s smart TV had Netflix, which the kids loved. The kitchenette came with dishes and utensils, a full sink, medium-sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and Keurig. Off-street parking and daily service were included, and restaurants and shops were nearby. A great value. It was close to a five-star stay, but I save that rating for luxurious, top-of-the-line hotels.

Fantastic stay. I felt safe and welcomed by the host, who made it feel like one big happy family. The location was great too, I could walk to work in under five minutes. B

The host was wonderful and made me feel like part of the family. It’s a beautiful place in a central location.
