When I returned from an outing with my family on September 14, 2024, between 11am-4pm, two watches, including a Rolex, plus a diamond bracelet and ring were gone. That was about $10,000 in jewelry, and the case is currently being investigated. I reported it to the concierge as soon as I noticed and filed a police report. I also asked for the video from that time, but it still hasn't been released, and responses have been slow. That makes me wonder whether the management company had something to do with my things going missing. Even at check-in, nobody knew where the key was and they had to “calibrate” one for me. The key fob cover was missing too, which felt like a red flag, though I didn't say anything then. I checked into the Tribeca. 40 N Street NE, Washington, DC 20002, United States. Don't stay here, they will steal your stuff.

I spent four nights here and had no internet or wifi, and the electricity kept cutting out. The bedding and sofa were so dirty that I ended up with bug bites all over my legs. On the first night I had to thoroughly clean the place myself. I contacted customer service, but after several emails they still haven't compensated me. They said they were busy and offered 10% off a future stay. Why would I come back?

We canceled about 45 minutes after booking, three weeks ago, but I still haven't gotten my refund and they're keeping half the money. Be careful if an emergency comes up or you change your mind after booking. The policy says you can cancel before 24 hr.

The apartments are really nice, but the cleanliness is lacking.
