The room was clean and warm, with a hot shower and nice, white towels that looked new. The people were really nice, and I had a very good stay. It's quiet and safe, and you can cook and store food like at home, so I'd recommend it to travel nurses and CNAs. I'm not sure about breakfast since I brought my own food.

Chris and Heather were polite and handled the situation well, but the property manager Becky was rude and not at all apologetic. I booked a King Suite for two nights during a city tournament, but was handed keys for a Queen smoking room. Chris and Heather said I was in the wrong room, that the motel was full, and my room had been given away. The onsite manager Becky had pulled out the reservations for the evening, and that's all they knew. I left and found another motel for two nights at more than twice the price. When I called the next day, Becky nastily claimed, “Booking.com sent it to me that way.” I called Choice Hotels and learned corporate could see who changed a reservation at the motel. Becky had changed mine twice, then blamed Booking.com. Lawrence, the regional contact, made some calls and got to the bottom of it. Becky's actions made me find another motel and pay the extra cost. I won't stay here again while she's employed there, and I'll post this review on Google and elsewhere. This reflects on Becky alone, not the hotel. I still don't know why she did it, but her behavior could drag the property down. I hope things go well for you in the future, but not until you change your attitude.

The staff were amazing, and parking was easy in an ideal location. I still managed to sleep, despite the curtains half hanging, the fridge surging noisily around midnight, and the smoke detector battery dying on the last night. Its annoying beeps woke me every few minutes. There were no dishes or pots and pans, and no breakfast for someone from out of town.

Daniel has been the best clerk I've ever dealt with, anywhere. My family of four and I have been struggling, and he's been a huge help. I really needed this blessing.
