Comfortable beds and clean carpets and room were the good parts of our stay. But the place looked rundown and ghetto, nothing like the listing, and my first thought was whether we were safe. There was gang activity when we drove in Friday night, which made us feel unsafe. The landscaping was untidy and the roadway had potholes. Our shower didn't work the first night, so the next day we were moved to a room that was worse. The bathroom ceiling had mold, caulking around the tub was missing in places, and there was a big mess around the faucet and on the floor. The bathroom door needed to be made presentable, there was no towel rack by the sink, and the blow dryer had fallen out of the wall.

YALL, THEY HAVE BED BUGS, DON'T COME HERE. We were told there'd supposedly be a microwave, but there wasn't one. There was a bug in the restroom, not sure if it was a cockroach or a bed bug, and the room was dirty. I found a food stain ON THE BED, and the sheets did NOT look clean. We hadn't even been in the room an hour when we found bed bugs. The room stank, and there was only one pillow per bed. My nephew was BIT UP EVERYWHERE, that's when we figured it out. My sister also said the sink water tasted nasty. Y'all, there was a TV box but no TV 😭. They offered us a room on another floor, but let's be real, if one floor has them, they all do. The pool wasn't clean either.

The photos were old and fake, and I was fooled by the reviews. Outside, the landscaping was neglected and the curtains were shredded. Inside, there was a gross smell, dirt everywhere, and flickering lights. The elevator was outdated and had no permit. The rooms were just as bad or worse, with stains on the sheets and floor, handprints on the wall, tagged furniture, and no towels. I don't know how this place is still open. We did get a full refund, thankfully, but the woman at the front desk was rude and didn't care at all.

We lasted about an hour after check-in before deciding there was no way we could stay. The carpets clearly hadn't been vacuumed, the bed had stains of “all types,” and there was hair all over it, inside and out. The bathroom wall was cracked, and it looked like plaster had been put over it before the tile was stuck back on. You could see mold. The tub was chipped all over and had hair in it too. We knew things weren't good when we pulled up to the GREEN pool and smelled what seemed like a dumpster. The smell got worse as we reached the room. The lobby photos on Hotels.com are definitely fake. There was none of the seating shown, the doors were taped up all over, and there were SO MANY flies. I understand the “you get what you pay for” kind of place, but I wouldn't pay to stay here at all.
