Diane was wonderful, and Erica was great too. The rooms were nice and updated, with amazing amenities, though the bathroom floors were pretty dirty, so we wore sandals after showering. The main problem was the woman at the front desk with brown hair and glasses. I only asked about late checkout because the graveside service had been moved an hour later, and she answered rudely and rolled her eyes. I wish I'd caught her name. That interaction was the only real issue we had.

We were in town for just one day for a funeral, but Diane at the front desk made a real impression. She was so kind and helpful, and gave us great service. I loved our stay at holiday inn and would definitely come back.

Room 215 had a lot of problems. The view wasn't what we'd hoped for, the shower glass was off its hinges, the painting was torn, the desk chair was broken, and the awning was placed in a really inconvenient spot. I'm surprised they put it there. The staff, as always, were friendly and welcoming, and I want to be clear that my cat had passed away and I wasn't feeling well, which made this stay a hard one personally. I've been coming here every year for my anniversary since the place opened a few years ago, and we'll still book again. But if you want a Mountain View, avoid this room.

I checked in early and was told by Christina that I was getting a free suite upgrade, even though I had already booked a suite. Room 206 wasn't a suite, and I took a photo. When I went back to the desk, Christina said the system showed it as one and blamed a system upgrade. She moved me to 512, but that suite smelled like old furniture and a dog, and the comforter had a small amount of dried brown food or something on it. I told Christina about the smell, and she moved me back to 206. I said she needed to downgrade the room since it was a two queen Standard, not a suite. She said she'd handle it, then later told me she'd already done so. After the football game, the woman on duty said I was still in 512. I showed my keys for 206, and she left a note for Erika on the morning shift. The next morning I talked to Tammy, who had Etoka check. She also saw I was still listed in 512, so again I showed my 206 keys. Erika took my name and cell number and said she'd call after speaking with the GM. Before checkout I was again told I'd get a call, but nobody called to resolve the room price difference. I called the hotel at least seven times, and no one called back or fixed it. Christina answered three of my calls. I also called guest relations five times with no resolution. The GM never replied to guest relations or me. The hotel claimed I stayed in a suite when I did not. The attached photo shows room 206 with my things inside before I unloaded them. May God have mercy on everyone who lied or stood by and did nothing to resolve this, but covered it up.
