Megan and Ashley were especially kind to my nephew. They talked with him about his Great Wolf Lodge adventures, helped him get a straw for his milk, and patiently dealt with his attempt to use Great Wolf Lodge coins to buy candy. Everyone was pleasant and efficient, and the staff really added to our family’s stay. The warm pool was a highlight. My six-year-old nephew called it “epic” and said he wanted to move in so he could swim every day. Our room was comfortable, with great beds and lots of pillow choices. He even made a fort from the long table against the wall and his Spiderman blanket, and happily slept in it. The fitness room had plenty of equipment as well. We liked being close to Urban Air and Great Wolf Lodge, two of his favorite places. The free breakfast buffet had a good range, especially cereal brands, and the coffee was excellent. I liked the Vanilla and Hazelnut creamer options, and my husband was glad coffee was available 24/7. We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Houston NASA/Webster and hope to come back for Spring Break.

I’ve tried this place again, booking ahead on the actual Fairfield site. When I arrived, the same woman who had previously told me I couldn’t extend the room I was still using was there. Despite my guaranteed reservation, she said they didn’t have the room. I’m so annoyed with the service. The pool is the only reason I’m not giving one star. The King suite is beautiful, the beds are very soft, and the place is incredibly clean. The indoor heated pool and free EV charging out back are its best features. But I’ve visited three times, and dealing with the front desk has never been pleasant. On my last visit, I booked for one night and called first thing in the morning to extend. I was still in the suite, it wasn’t checkout time, and I hadn’t said I was leaving, but the woman on the phone said someone else had booked it. In a dry tone, she explained that they book ahead to stay full. It felt inconsiderate and messed up. I’ve stayed at many hotels abroad and for local self-care getaways, and I’ve never had this happen. Booking rooms before a guest has a chance to extend or even leave may be good for business, but it’s really poor customer service.

The room was comfortable and really nice, and the breakfast was superb. The location is convenient, and the service was excellent. Samantha at the front desk was exceptional. I’ll definitely stay at Fairfield again. Thank you!

The hotel itself was extremely nice, but my husband left his Meta glasses in room 221 this morning. When he called the front desk, they said nobody had found them. Someone on staff must have overlooked them, or something else is going on.
