Econo Lodge

Convenient spot, and the front desk is really nice. The price is affordable, the place is clean, the AC gets cold, and there's a fridge and microwave in the room. I'm a bit of a germaphobe, so I bring Lysol spray and Clorox wipes. You know, it's a hotel.

Good rooms, great staff, and great breakfasts. I can't remember the young woman's name, but the one I chatted with at breakfast had me laughing so hard I nearly blew coffee out of my nose. She should be a comedian.

The room was unpleasantly smelly as soon as I walked in, and it didn't look like it had been cleaned well. Floors and surfaces seemed dirty, and the place felt neglected and poorly maintained. For what I paid, I expected somewhere clean and comfortable to rest. Instead, I couldn't relax or enjoy the stay. Econo Lodge needs to improve its cleanliness and upkeep before I'd consider it again. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

People were nice enough, but that won't bring me back. The smell was unbearable, like urine mixed with something chemical and coppery, and it made me nauseated and physically sick. I couldn't sleep. Adults and kids were running around at all hours, and people were carrying others out because they couldn't walk on their own. They seemed under the influence of something. I swear one woman was throwing up outside my window. Worst hotel night I've had. I would never stay here again.
