The location is lovely, with great shopping nearby. We spent two days in the area and had a great stay. The rooms were clean and fresh, breakfast was good, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The people here are AMAZING, from housekeeping to the front desk. Everyone was kind and helpful. Ravi really stood out. He went above and beyond for us, and I was so impressed. If my company were here, I’d hire him right away. He’s a real asset to the hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff were so friendly, and the location made it easy to get around. The farthest I drove to reach things was 15 minutes. This was the best accessible room we’ve had in a while, with a roll-in shower. If you’ve been chair bound, you know how much that means. We’ll stay here whenever we're in West Des Moines from now on.

Good price for a pleasant stay. Our bed was comfy, and the staff were really kind and friendly. It was nice having breakfast, too, and there’s plenty of food and gas nearby.

The place was clean and had nice staff, apart from the person who walked into my room. I’d booked for a week of business over Valentine’s Day and was already checked in. The front desk knew I was there, so I don’t understand why that man came in unannounced without knocking. What if I’d been exposed, or my wife had been in the room with me? It felt suspicious, especially since I had a lot of gold jewelry on. He said it was for maintenance, but he wasn’t maintenance staff and knew the room was occupied. I felt extremely uncomfortable. Instead of extending my stay another week, I moved to a different hotel in the area. Creepy.
