I didn’t feel comfortable eating breakfast after hearing staff talk about what specific guests had eaten. During my stay, they were openly gossiping about customers and complaining about them. I’m shocked at how unprofessional the staff were.

While you’re on the Hi-Line, I’d highly recommend Havre Inn and Suites. The rooms are large, with cozy beds, different pillows to choose from, and super soft linens. I also like the soft bathroom lighting at night, so you don’t have to switch on the light, though there’s a dim setting too. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is full.

The location is good, though the train tracks are really close. That seems to be the case for basically all the hotels around here. The rooms are very spacious and super clean. I stayed twice this month, and both times neither I nor the clerk could open the fitness center door, even with the main key. They should have fixed that between my visits, so service gets a lower rating.

The room was clean, and the temperature controls worked well. Staff were very helpful, and breakfast was pretty standard. There’s a great historical location nearby, including one of the area’s most intact buffalo jumps. Parking can get crowded. Because of the boil water advisory, the front desk gave me a water bottle. I’d stay again if I were in the area.
