The room was quiet and nice, and being near groceries and the main highways made getting around easy. The staff were great, too. The living room furniture was dirty and needs replacing, though, and the patched bathroom wall still needs paint.

There were four of us, and we left our used towels on the floor expecting fresh ones the next day. When we returned that evening, the room hadn’t been serviced, so I asked why and learned housekeeping only comes every other day. Nobody had told us that. They should explain it to guests staying more than one night, especially since we had to request more towels.

We’ll stay here every year on the way to and from our destination. It’s easy to find off the highway, and the room was clean, spacious, and really quiet. Breakfast had a big selection, and the coffee was delicious. Dave at the front desk also rescued us when there was a mess with our booking.com reservation. Traveling with little kids is hard, and he really saved the day.

The bathroom lights ran on a motion sensor and shut off after about two minutes. We tried the button to keep them on, but it seemed worn out, so showering or using the bathroom in the dark kept happening. On top of that, our room smelled like someone had smoked in it for 30 days and then tried to cover it with spray. It was terrible, and with so many hotels around Buffalo, I wouldn’t return here.
