Holiday Motel Westfield

The staff were so helpful that when I mentioned how much I liked the bed pillow and asked what brand it was, they offered to let me take one at no charge. We had to leave earlier than planned, and they happily refunded the difference. The motel had everything I wanted, including a fridge and microwave. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature controls worked well.

It's just down the street from the lighthouse, which was nice. The motel is old and vintage, but really well maintained. The room was clean and smelled clean, a relief since I'm super picky. The desk clerk was very nice and gave us a room with a refrigerator and microwave for our food needs. I don't mind older furnishings when everything's clean enough that I don't freak out.

The hotel, staff, service, and rooms were excellent. But corrupt local police harassed me belligerently throughout my stay, and it happened to many other guests too. If you want somewhere peaceful, get a tent and camp. Avoid this place.

We were traveling by bike, so getting to town meant a bit of a walk. The town is awesome, with several restaurants and cafes, but most people will probably have a car, so it shouldn't be an issue. This is a basic motel that does what it says, with a fridge and microwave in every room. Great value, and the front desk person, probably the owner, was very friendly. Our recently renovated room was great, and it looks like more improvements are underway. Nice place to stay!
