The bed felt horribly cheap, and there are no amenities. There’s no coffee maker in the room, which I’ve never encountered in a hotel before. The woman at the front desk was rude and seemed lost. Don’t stay here. I won’t stay at one of these places again.

We booked several rooms for one night, but had to leave at 10:30pm because of ROACHES!! Other guests checked out too. The desk clerk didn’t bat an eye, which makes me doubt these were the first complaints. Now I’m waiting to see whether the payment gets refunded as promised.

We’ve been here almost three weeks, and the rooms are good and clean. Internet access is crap, and even connecting to your own phone network inside the building is difficult. The cable is shoddy at best. After hours, there’s nobody at the front desk after 5:00, so you can’t ask anyone about it. Paying for extended internet still only gets you a shoddy connection.

There’s no shampoo supplied, and this was the one time we’d forgotten to bring our own. We also had no hand towels or tissues, just horizontal blinds instead of curtains, and some lights were burned out. It’s an extended stay property, but there are no utensils, plates, or cookware. I was told people who stay there know about this and bring their own. The manager was awesome and gave us some credit. Still, they don’t honor the room in your reservation if someone staying extended doesn’t leave. We booked a king with a sofa and got a queen with a chair, and this isn’t mentioned when you book. Pay a little more and get a better hotel.
