The hotel was quiet and clean, and I grabbed breakfast to go, which was a welcome bit of fuel on my way out. The neighborhood is excellent, with lots of restaurants, fast food, Target, and even an outdoor store within walking distance. The front desk clerk who checked me in on Monday was so polite, especially considering there was a police-involved incident in the parking lot. She noticed I wasn’t feeling well and asked if I was okay or if she could help.

Breakfast was a lovely way to start the day, thanks especially to Mario and Tonette. They made the complimentary continental spread a highlight of our visit, keeping everything fresh, stocked, and nicely presented each morning. Their warm hospitality, care, and attention to detail really stood out. I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites and would recommend it for friendly service and a great start to the morning.

I paid over $100 a night for a room with bed bugs. Disgusting, and I have photos to prove it. The bed was rock hard, the TV wouldn’t turn on, half the lights were out, and the thermostat didn’t work. It was 61 degrees in my room while it was 6 degrees outside. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn elsewhere and expected a certain level of quality. This was extremely disappointing. Do better.

We were only there for about 12 hours, but had a great experience. The rooms were amazing, clean, and spacious, and the indoor pool was heated. Breakfast was delicious and the location was great. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

The room had a stunning view, and the beds were really comfortable. Staff made sure we had everything we needed. From arriving to checking out, everything about the hotel was amazing. I’d love to come back!
