Hilton Garden Inn Wichita Airport

We picked this hotel on a fluke and were so glad we did. It was only three months old, with fresh paint, a clean, modern feel, and a good smell. The lobby had lots of seating for groups and conferences, and the elevator was so smooth we barely noticed it running. Our king room had a closet with drawers and hangers, a table for working or setting things down, a fridge, and a small coffee bar. The bathroom was nice and clean, but the sliding door didn't line up well, so someone from another room could see the toilet from the bedroom. We had to adjust the door to block the view. It might not be an issue in every room, but it could feel awkward with a friend staying in the room. It's fine with a spouse. There was a huge conference room and a beautiful seating area. We loved the wallpaper, which looked like a textured wall until we got close. There's a bar and restaurant where you can eat or order food. The pool was heated nicely, the seating there was comfortable, and the towels were big. There was also a nice seating spot outside the pool and another by the lobby. The hotel is about two minutes from the airport, on the outskirts, so it's convenient when flying in or out. A shuttle to the airport starts at 4 a.m. We'd definitely return.

The staff were professional and very helpful, and the hotel was beautiful with great amenities. I'd definitely stay here again.

Everything was brand new and gorgeous. My dad travels here often and really enjoyed being able to watch football in the bar. The front desk woman, I believe her name was Amy, gave my elderly father top notch customer service. Thank you!
