We had a fantastic week here with the family. The hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated, and it’s only a few minutes’ walk from everything we needed. Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating. They answered all our questions and gave us great ideas for things the family could do. We’d highly recommend it, and can’t wait to return next year.

The family who owns the condos was helpful and quick to respond. They had a dedicated number for texts if we had questions or needed things they provide, like paper towels. There’s plenty within walking distance, including a nearby grocery store, so we didn’t need to eat out all the time. Our third-floor unit also had very pretty views, and the separate AC units made it easy to cool off after a hot day. The free laundry room was a really thoughtful perk. Bring washer tabs if you want to do a load and head home with clean clothes. Parking was in a lot a short walk away, and it felt very safe. The boardwalk was only two blocks away, though getting to the beach took a bit more walking, so a beach wagon would help. The pool was just right for my kids, but it got crowded sometimes, and a few guests weren’t being respectful or safe. That wasn’t the owners’ fault, but it was an issue for us. My main suggestion is to replace the mattresses. The queen bed was uncomfortable after more than one night. A budget-friendly Nectar or something similar could work better for guests on longer stays. We’d definitely stay here again.

We loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning, and the beach was an easy walk away. The apartment was spotless, with a smart, welcoming layout. The living room was just right for drinks with friends before dinner. It felt comfortable and stylish, more like a home than a dingy hotel room. We’ll definitely stay again.

We stayed in June 2025 and can’t wait to return. This family-owned and run hotel gave us early check-in and upgraded our room, so we were settled into our “mini apartment” by 10:30 a.m. Parking for our one car was convenient, and the boardwalk and beach were just steps away.

Our family vacation at 5100 Vacation Club was made easy by the amazing, friendly staff. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed, from dishes and cookware to bedding and toilet paper. It was spacious and beautiful, too. The location was perfect, close to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, and diner.
