The shower pressure was amazing, almost like getting a massage. That was about the only good thing. The hotel was seriously outdated, the bathroom door only shut if slammed, and there was no exhaust fan, so the floor stayed damp after a shower. Ants were on the counter by the sink. The floor was sticky, and after walking around without socks the first night, my feet were black, as if it hadn't been cleaned. There was no housekeeping, so we had to keep going to the front desk at the other hotel for towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The door frame was pulling away from the wall by two or three inches. It isn't worth the money, and my family won't be back. I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here.

The beds were comfortable, but the room's condition left us unsure about the bedding's cleanliness, even though it looked okay. We paid over $200 for one night and were very disappointed. The pool was four feet from our door, so it got noisy when people were swimming. I know this is a one-star motel, but I wouldn't recommend it, especially for that price. We had booked a pool-view suite. The first room smelled horrible and had about 10 flies in it. They moved us to the room next door, which was only slightly better. The sink was clogged, so we used the bathroom sink for water since we didn't need to cook. There was awful black mold under the sink, and the ceiling above the shower was falling apart. The key was reused cardboard instead of plastic, so it couldn't be disinfected. A baby back rib bone and cigarette butts were outside our doorway.

Some things were decent: the fridge was clean and roomy, the small dining table was nice, and the blankets matched the curtains. The toilet was clean and worked well. The beds were firm but comfortable, the pillows soft, and the sheets clean aside from the ants. They gave us plenty of towels and soap. There are two decent pools available since Binn and Bonita hotels are run by the same people, and parking was good. The rest was a lot to deal with. Ants kept showing up in every room, even on the beds, and there was a roach in the kitchen cabinet. The AC was only in the back room, where two beds were, and even set to 62 it didn't cool the front room with its one bed. Bring a fan if you don't want to sleep hot. The bathroom tub and sink drained very slowly, and the gunk under the utensils was nearly enough to make you gag. Some outlets didn't work. There were no drawers, so clothes had to stay in bags or go in the closet, which was about 14 inches wide and had only five hangers. The dining chairs were plastic lawn chairs that seemed like they might buckle under my weight, so I ate on the bed. There was one TV in the front room. I paid $250 per night, cash only, and expected better. The hotel seems to attract a lot of questionable people.

We came with a 1, 2, 3, and 4-year-old, and the fenced-off section of one pool for little kids was great. The pools were great, and our big efficiency room was super clean with great beds. It had a full-size fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, pots, and pans. We did need to get our own paper plates, bowls, cups, and silverware.

There were ants on the table, and I had to get rid of them as best I could. The room smelled like dogs and mold when I arrived. While making the bed, I found multiple strands of hair and fecal matter on the sheets. Thank goodness I'd brought my own. Within two minutes of walking barefoot, my feet were dirty and sticky. There were no outlets, so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The water pressure was awful, like trying to shower in an outdoor puddle. The curtains were ripped, leaving people able to see inside. The pool was green, cloudy, and dirty. There was no ceiling light, just one dirty lamp. The bathroom door wouldn't lock, the main door wouldn't close all the way, and the closet had hinges but no door.
