Gondolier Motel

We had a relaxing stay at The Gondolier in Wildwood Crest, and the ocean-side sunrise was breathtaking. The beach, boardwalk, and pier were all a short walk away, and we found a cute breakfast place around the corner that also serves lunch. Our room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The coffee machine had no coffee, but the lounge had plenty in the mornings. The pool was clean, parking was easy, and the Wi-Fi worked so so. The staff were kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. We left impressed and can’t wait to return.

Clean rooms and a well-kept property right across from the beach, with the boardwalk just blocks away. Great price, family friendly, and I highly recommend it. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion since those aren’t provided. There’s a coffee pot in the room but no coffee or filters, though the office puts out coffee each morning.

The place felt safe, was clean, and had nice staff. The location is good, too. My main issue was the bedroom AC unit, which was so loud that my two children had to sleep on the sofa bed. We tried switching it off, but the room got too hot. For the price, the rooms could also use updating and nicer decor.

We loved the old motel feel and the great view, and it was quiet at night with easy parking. The pool was great, and it was nice to have grills available. It’s just a walk across the road to the quieter side of the beach. The location is amazing, the place was very clean and family friendly, and we loved every second. We’ll stay here again next time we come down.
