Hampton Inn by Hilton Philadelphia / Willow Grove

David at the front desk welcomed me warmly and was helpful and polite throughout. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. I honestly wish I could buy them. The service and management made the stay enjoyable, and I’d happily come back.

Anthony really went out of his way to make our group’s stay work. He introduced himself professionally, set us up in a great space for our needs, and made sure we had what we needed. All the staff we met were great, too. We had 25 people in town for a high school colorguard competition and were glad we chose this hotel. It’s right off the turnpike in a safe area. Breakfast was awesome, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. Thanks!

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast with its range of food. I’m a light sleeper, though, and would suggest asking for a room without central air. There’s also a freight train nearby. If you can sleep through anything, you should be fine here.

We barely heard any noise from other rooms, floors, or traffic, even though we stayed over New Year’s Eve and I’d worried it might be loud. The breakfast bar was stocked well and had options for different dietary needs. The location was ideal, near places to eat, a short drive from the city, and within minutes of the northeastern suburbs. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and suited what we needed. The walk-in shower looked nice and worked well for us. We were very pleased with the stay and highly recommend this location.
