Comfort Inn University

I've stayed here every week for over a year and have never heard a sound from the bar next door in my room. It's a cool spot with live music now and then, a nice extra for enjoying the evening. I like the location and the atmosphere, and the front desk staff are always patient and willing to go the extra mile.

I always book here when I'm in town. The welcome, friendliness, and professionalism from Sandi,Natalie, and Trinity at the front desk, along with Mr. Edwards and Rick handling breakfast and maintenance, are hard to beat. The cleaning staff are courteous, efficient, and professional too. They make you feel so at home that coming back at the end of a vacation day feels like going home. Highly recommend staying here in Wilmington!

Sandi at the front desk has a great personality and outstanding customer service, and the whole team was amazing. When I mentioned that my children could get rowdy before bedtime, they gladly put us on a floor with fewer guests toward the end of the hall. They were prompt whenever we needed something. The hotel stayed clean, had seasonal decorations, and kept a fresh smell throughout. Housekeeping brought clean towels and linens, handled our other requests, and emptied the trash daily. I was very happy with my stay at Comfort Inn University and would absolutely recommend it.

After a run of disappointing hotels on work trips, this one felt almost luxurious. We walked into a clean, comfortable hotel, and our room on a higher floor was just right: lots of space and pillows, a comfortable temperature, and, most of all, it felt very clean.
