Best Western Wilsonville Inn & Suites

The room felt like it was falling apart, with duct tape on the picture frames and a cracked, peeling jacuzzi tub. The beds were lumpy, with springs poking out. Noise was another problem: the walls are paper thin, so I could hear footsteps and drawers slamming upstairs, and it sounded like water was running inside the walls. Definitely not worth $200 for one night.

We stayed two nights on either side of a family event in Salem, and the price here was much better than in Salem, Keizer, or Woodburn. North Salem was only a 30-40 minute drive away. Little touches at breakfast, like hot sauce packets, were a nice surprise, and the soap dish and two luggage racks were handy. I liked using the indoor pool for exercise, though it was pretty chilly. Ram Restaurant is across the street with generous portions and great service, and Costco gas is just up the road. Great value!

I left in pain and feeling unappreciated. The mattress was the hardest and worst I’ve ever had in a hotel, and I was awake all night with back pain and numb legs. I’m a disabled veteran and choose bestvwestern for its quality beds and customer service, so this was especially disappointing. Brenda was particularly rude, and I complained to corporate. This is the worst hotel. I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

We left a night early and went to a la Quinta. None of us could sleep because the beds were so uncomfortable, and the heater made noise. The towels smelled, and the breakfast looked gross and unappealing. It was a nightmare stay, and we absolutely won’t be back. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.
