The breakfast setup was well stocked and laid out, with the usual Hampton options, though the TV was a little loud. I'm sure staff would have turned it down if we'd asked. The pool area was lovely, with big clean windows and trees around it. Our room was roomy and airy, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly too. This was easily the best Hampton we've visited.

We were offered another room, but it was late and we had a long day of travel ahead, so we stayed put. I'm very disappointed with this property. I've usually found Hampton Inns clean and welcoming, but our room here wasn't clean at all. There were several fruit flies in the bathroom, and my wife spent half an hour killing them. She was worried by something she thought she saw in the closet. I checked with my phone flashlight and found dirt and hair on the closet floor. The photos say it all.

Getting to the airport was easy with the 24-hour shuttle. There's also apparently a public bus that can get you there, and walking may be an option if you're okay with a mix of sidewalk and shoulder. The location is convenient, close to the airport. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and modern.

The shuttle was quick and even came for me at 3:45 am so I could make my 5 am flight. Earlier, I called from the airport about checking in ahead of time, and Rosa was so helpful in arranging it. That gave me a chance to relax before my afternoon meeting. Customer service like this feels rare these days. A terrific three-star hotel that nearly feels like five.

The room was bright, roomy, and clean, and there was complimentary breakfast plus coffee in the lobby all day. Staff were very personable. The BBQ spot next door was excellent. I'd recommend this over the other Hilton next door.
