Royal Regency Hotel

Ray and Kayla helped make my sweet sixteen so special. Staff even helped with the decorations the day before and kept helping throughout the whole night. They made sure everything went right, so I didn't have a thing to worry about. It was an unforgettable night, and I'll definitely recommend Royal Regency to everyone!

Once we got to our room, I appreciated the call asking if we needed anything, and the inside was a bit better than the outside, which looked surprisingly dirty. After that, things went downhill. The WiFi was terrible, the coffee pot didn't work, and even after three calls asking for room service, no one came. I couldn't get clean towels. Would never recommend!

We spent over $600 for two nights, then were told to leave after an argument that we eventually calmed down. It lasted only five minutes, after other guests complained. From the moment my partner and I arrived, I felt racist undertones and microaggressions, like we were being watched closely. The food was just okay. The next morning, after spending almost $200 on food and drinks, we were asked to leave and weren't reimbursed for the day we didn't get to enjoy. Trying to discuss it with the hotel and emailing got me nowhere. They don't even respond to emails in a reasonable time. I complained to my bank. I can see why the ratings are low.

Kayla helped me organize my daughter's sweet 16 from beginning to end. She made time to help with the layout, vision, advice, and suggestions, and was there on the day to make sure things ran smoothly. Rey and Patricia were a huge support too. The food, room, bar service, and cleanliness were all amazing, and they made my guests and me feel welcome. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist greeted me warmly, showed me where to go, and helped with everything I needed and more. Booking this hotel and venue was outstanding, a dream come true for my daughter. I can't thank them enough and would definitely hold more events there. I'd highly recommend booking with them.
