The room was okay, but families live there, and it got very noisy, with babies crying early in the morning and late at night. It was the cheapest option, so that has to be taken into account.

The location is fairly central, which was the one good thing. The hotel itself felt old and run-down, with dirty old furniture and sheets that looked more yellow than white. The walls and windows seemed paper-thin, so you could hear everything. There was no room service, towels weren’t changed, and the beds weren’t made. We even had to ask for toilet paper.

The staff were friendly and the location was good, but it was hard to rest in our room. The mattress sagged and the bed creaked whenever you moved. We could hear all the noise from neighboring rooms, and in the morning the cleaning staff shouted from one hallway to another.

For what the hotel offers, it’s EXPENSIVE!!! The rooms were tidy and clean, but having to pay separately for breakfast is unacceptable. During a summer stay, the air conditioning broke, and even after we asked several times, they wouldn’t move us to another room or offer a discount. I don’t recommend it.
