The breakfast was decent, with a wide selection of fruit and pastries, and the staff were friendly. The room, though, was next to a busy road, and the single glazed windows let in plenty of noise. The Wi-Fi barely worked in our room because it was so far from the router. The bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock, so someone had to hold it shut while sitting on the toilet. The shower was supposed to have two sliding doors, but one was missing, leaving no privacy while washing. The hotel has seen better days and felt expensive for what we got. We paid about 25 euros per person per night. You can find better value hotels in Santana do Livramento.

We only had lunch at the restaurant and didn’t stay at the hotel. The food tasted great and the service was excellent. The restaurant looked clean and very nice, and prices were reasonable. I’d recommend eating here.

The location is wonderful and the employees are nice. It’s an old place with too few outlets, though the rooms are more modern now.
