Hotel Buena Vista

Melissa and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly. They suggested places to visit and eat, and even let us stay longer because our bus was leaving late. The view over the Río Negro was incredible, and the city center is beautiful. We found it peaceful, warm, clean, and reliable. The price was affordable, and our room and bathroom were super clean, with impeccable daily cleaning. The rooms also have a lovely balcony with a small table and chairs. We'd definitely come back, and recommend it 1000000000 percent!

The facilities were visibly worn, and I don't think they justified the price. There was no formal reception or breakfast, and our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. For what you pay, the service fell far below what I'd expect from a full-service accommodation. I also found the person in charge uncomfortable and unprofessional to deal with throughout. Their lack of training and basic understanding of how to treat guests was worrying, and it created a tense atmosphere that ruined the chance to relax. There seemed to be particular annoyance toward families with children, which is unacceptable in a place meant to welcome the general public. As a guest, I shouldn't feel watched or judged. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had. I don't recommend it. There are much better options where they understand hospitality.

Melisa took excellent care of us. The place is beautiful, right by the river, with a great view.

The inner courtyard and pool are beautiful. Good hotel, and good service.
