10/10
This family-run hotel is reasonably priced and centrally located, close to Lyabi Khauz and within walking distance of the city's sights. Our room was clean. Breakfast, cooked by the owner, was included in the price. It was simple, but enough for me. The owners were accommodating and polite, and recommended places to eat and shop. Highly recommended.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helped us with everything. The rooms were decent, breakfast was generous, and the location was perfect.

The owner is a very nice woman. She was helpful and welcomed us with tea and grapes. But the facilities in the room were all very old. The toilet wasn't clean, and there wasn't even soap for the shower. The walls didn't block sound, so we could hear everything happening in the hotel. The beds were very old and bad. We couldn't sleep at all the first night. We stayed two nights, and that was more than we could handle.

The hosts were wonderful and really helpful, and their kids are adorable, so you should meet them. Labi Hauz is barely a two-minute walk away, lively with activity and music every night. Breakfast was fine, and they can arrange a train station transfer even at short notice. My bed wasn't comfortable and needs replacing. The Wi-Fi stopped working randomly, though it was great when it worked. Payment had to be made in cash in soms. All in all, a wonderful stay.

The people were very welcoming and even offered tea when we arrived in the middle of the night. The location was great, and breakfast was good.
